Even in requirements analysis and innovation management, we work with state-of-the-art CAD design tools. Our design department has several equipped workstations with the CAD software Siemens NX, always in the latest available version. Already in the design phase, when the final design direction becomes apparent, those responsible for CAD can apply thermal simulation calculations, filling simulations and FEM directly from the design software and take action.
The designs are always individually adapted to the customer's geometric installation space. Our customers are completely digitally involved in this design phase. We realize this by using the .jt exchange formats recognized in the automotive sector for verification between customer and supplier.
In addition to the NX world for M-CAD implementation, the E-CAD requirements are realized with Altium Designer and imported into M-CAD.
The data formats thus created from the Siemens NX world are imported into the CAQ software QSYS during the project and are available there for APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), D-FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), P-FMEA (Process FMEA) and other QM processes according to automotive standards.
